With a biochemistry degree and a seasoned background in customer service, I bring a strong analytical mindset and passion for how systems interact and function together. I enjoy translating that knowledge into practical and tailored solutions, whilst ensuring to deliver a personal, friendly, and empathetic client experience through 1-to-1 support, webinars and direct engagement.
Outside of work, you’ll find me often walking my Dalmatian, reading, socialising with friends—and eagerly awaiting the latest DQ updates!
