As a Client Success Co-Ordinator at Search Acumen, I focus on helping clients feel comfortable and confident using our platform. Whether through webinars, 1-to-1 training sessions, or personalised support, I aim to ensure every user gets the guidance they need to succeed.
Having been part of Search Acumen since 2020 — starting in the Customer Support team — I’ve built strong, in-depth knowledge of our platform and how it can assist users throughout their conveyancing journey. I’m passionate about making training accessible for all, tailoring support to match individual learning styles and needs.
The best part of my role is speaking with our clients, solving challenges together, and seeing the positive difference our tools can make. A happy, confident client is what motivates me every day.
Outside of work, I love spending time in my garden, trying new foods, and perfecting my banana bread recipe! A fun fact about me: I have a degree in Music and Musical Theatre.
