Book a SessionI recently became the Search Acumen contact for our firm and the support provided by Zoe, our Account Manager, and training provided by Louie has been excellent. While I am still familiarising myself with the product and its capabilities, both Zoe and Louie have always been responsive and provided the detail I have needed. They are a credit to Search Acumen and the level of service it aims to provide.
Through Louie and Zoe we are arranging quarterly catch-up training sessions for new starters to ensure we are getting the best from the products when needed. This is a great addition to the support already provided.
