About this event
Join us to explore the AI-powered tools that will help simplify everyday conveyancing tasks – including our brand-new Document Review.
On 22nd October at 11 am, Tom Kerwin (Head of Account Management) will be introducing Document Review, our new upfront risk scanner that reads the documents on a matter as soon as they arrive. From title registers and contracts to leases, TA forms and supporting documents, it flags what needs attention, confirms what’s in order and surfaces the actions needed to keep the matter moving – all without leaving the platform.
Tom will demonstrate the new experience end to end, including lender-aware flagging that checks your chosen lender’s handbook for you.
You’ll leave knowing exactly how to start every matter, including how to produce your preliminary title report.
We’ll also explore Enquiries and Property Report, showing how these tools can support different stages of the conveyancing process and work together to reduce manual effort, quickly surface key information, and keep matters moving.
In this session, you’ll see:
- An overview of Document Review and visibility of transaction risks all in once place
- How firms are digitally collaborating across Enquiries
- Prepopulating Title, Search, Lease and Mortgage Reports with alerts on data discrepancies
- How the tools can work together to reduce duplication and manual effort
